Stanley goes to Jamaica!

Before he kicked off his official adventure across America, Stanley was invited to join a new friend Ms. Connie on a mission trip to Jamaica! I couldn't think of a better way to start off a year of travel and meeting new friends.

Stanley's packed and ready to go! Tools and team shirt are packed.

The Jamaica Team planned to repair a church building, build a home for a family, and lead a VBS during their stay. The team was so welcoming of Stanley and made sure he got lots of great photos and had many stories to tell.

 

The local partners also enjoyed visiting with Flat Stanley! 

The team's cook Ms. Pinto loved showing him how to cook and bake in the kitchen.

Stanley returned home bearing lots of gifts, and to receive many hugs. You were missed, Stanley!
